I offer appointments on weekday evenings between 5.30pm and 7.00pm, which many people find easier to fit around work and family commitments. Sessions are available either in person or online, depending on your preference. Some people value the consistency of meeting face-to-face, while others appreciate the flexibility and comfort of online sessions. We can discuss what feels most suitable for you. I understand that starting therapy can be both an emotional and financial commitment. I aim to be transparent and fair in my pricing.
My fees are in line with the recommendations of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and are discussed clearly at the outset so there are no surprises. Fees are agreed in advance, so you have clarity and reassurance from the beginning.
Individual therapy sessions are competitively priced, and many clients are able to access funding through their private health insurance provider. I am happy to provide any information your insurer may require.
